7 Day Soup Diet Plan– A Week Plan To Lose Weight

One of the most effective diets to follow is a simple 7-day soup diet plan. If you are seriously interested in cleansing your body from the toxic material found in it, whether it is from the food or pollution here is a 7-day soup diet plan.
First day: the food should comprise of all the fruits but not a banana. No sugar in the tea, black coffee and plenty of water. In the evening have plenty of soups.

Second day: Fresh vegetables both cooked and raw, no beans, peas and sweet corn. In the evening have baked potato with butter. Soups but no fruits.
Third day: The food should be a mixture of first day and second day. Fruits, vegetables, and soups should be included. Do not take baked potato.
Fourth day: Few glasses of skimmed milk and a banana diet. Soups as usual, but no sugar.
 
Fifth Day: A small quantity of meat, fresh tomatoes. At least ten glasses of water during the day. Soups as usual. You may have chicken without skin or fish if you do not want to have meat.

Sixth day: A small quantity of brown rice, fruit juices without sugar. Soups as usual. No potato, fresh vegetable salad can be included.
Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.
Seventh day: Vegetable and meat, fresh vegetable juice. Take plenty of soup.  No rice, bread soda or whiskey.
You may decide to have fruits on all days except regular intake of banana. Alternatively, if you want to have total soup diet then you need to select the vegetable which you like and include in your diet for all the seven days. The best vegetable soup can comprise a lot of carrots, spinach cabbage. Since such soups are normally bland in taste, you may like to add little of mint leaves for the flavor. Mint otherwise also is good for digestion. It would be advisable to avoid preservative and tinned soups. Have only fresh fruit juice and fresh vegetables. Include a lot of salads in case if you are found. Totally cut down on alcohol, sugar, and soda. This 7-day soup diet plan will clean your system and also help in weight loss. A small intake of salt is recommended.
